James De Vuyst began his mortgage career in 2010 following the completion of a Bachelor of Commerce with dual majors in Finance and Marketing. He spent his formative years working alongside one of the industry's most respected brokers before joining the Verico network in 2014, where he quickly earned recognition as a rising star within the profession.
In 2019, James founded Team De Vuyst Mortgage Professionals through Verico Paragon Mortgage, a reflection of his conviction that Canadians deserve a level of mortgage advisory that matches the rigour and personalization of private banking. That philosophy remains the cornerstone of everything his team does: ensuring clients are equipped with a thorough understanding of the mortgage process, economic trends, market conditions, and the regulatory landscape that shapes their financial decisions.
